DAC Family Directory

As an attendee of our church, you are valued and important to us. There are times that we want to encourage you and keep you up to date through email, snail mail, or phone call. All of these circumstances require contact information. Would you mind taking a moment to register yourself and your family in our DAC Family Directory? We also want to inform you that all of the information gathered is confidential and used only within our church.
If you do not register, your name will not be added to our printed directory.  

You can do this one of three ways 
1.) Through the church center app.  You will find the Hello Link under "Sign Up".

3.) By filling out the paper form at church on Sunday.
